Hi guys this is my first blog.....so here it goes..
Although I've been in hostel since past two years .. the fun never goes down
coming to VIT was a tough decision for me as it's very far off from home... but still my dad's transferable job has made my lifestyle quite adventurous .....
Tamil Nadu... a place only seen on maps but never even thought that one day I would be there.

Since i was not new to hostel having stayed my higher secondary in a hostel...i was quite comfortable here
Nice campus ....good roommates and took some time to adjust to a complete alien language but its all fine now.
1st semester
Time to know a new world .......coming here one doesn't even feel like he'd inside India ... different people...different language...different food..but once you'r used to it, it feels pretty good.
VIT hostels are less of hostel and more of apartments..... except for the mess which of course sucks. ;)
i don't know what is the fuss about ID card here - every guard seems to look down on you and say " bhaiya ID pahno"...blah blah....
once we were all settled down then came the fun part....
1 August, Friendship Day
we guys at F-block had our own nice way of celebrating friendship ....we like to take to the next level at the stroke of midnight everyone came out and started shouting "HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY...and started dancing in the corridors .we went banging doors from room to room waking the whole hostel up...what a nightmare for our warden... guards running in every direction but alas there's alwys so many you can catch...:D
an awesome night that was for us 1st years .....
